Expect your food and drinks to always be incorrect and if you ask them to fix it, they'll have an attitude or they'll tell you that they won't remake it even if you pay your money for them to get it right they don't care. Customer service hotline doesn't even work. They will tell you falsely that you should call customer service if you want your money back knowing that they will never answer.

In the app a butter croissant costs $3.34 and in the window they wanted to charge me $4.09 and I asked them why they charged me more and they didn't want to tell me. In the end they had to give me the price of the app. Be careful and look at your orders

I enjoy the convenience of the drive-through, especially with two young kids in the car, but they’re always a miss. The workers barely speak or understand English and get my coffee order wrong every time… when you order a small iced coffee with one cream, the color shouldn’t be white and taste like straight milk. Then, when I asked for a new one, she pretended to get me a new one, but brought me the same coffee, which taste like garbage… and this has happened quite a few times. Safe to say, I will never be going back there convenient or not.
