I’m like the Dave portnoy of wings very picky have had them from 100s of restaurants. I tried Wilson’s today. There wings are by far the best I ever had. Absolutely phenomenal. The owner came out introducing himself saying hello. Very great guy, can tell her takes pride in his food. It’s sad there closing but I will be going back for more of there wings until then. Go try em out help the business! You won’t be dissatisfied!

Had an impromptu date at this restaurant after running around around 69th st. I will keep this short by saying me nor my partner will ever go back. The brisket was tough and lacked any of the flavorful juices you would expect a brisket to have. "It feels like this isn't fresh" were my partners words in describing it. The chicken was dry, the brussel sprouts were overcooked and soggy. The pork belly app was inedible and all the portion sizes we skimpy to say the least.
The meat was so flavorless that we had to DROWN everything in sauce. The only saving grace were the collard greens and maybe the jalapeno slaw.
He and I literally forced ourselves to eat at least what was on the tray but we did so grudgingly. The longer we sat with the meal and the service the more we just wanted to be done and go.
On top of everything our sever was beyond rude (she knows who she is). I need not go into detail but she was so rude that my partner tipped the young female cashier and NOT our server.
I don't make it a thing to ever leave reviews let alone completely hate a place but between he and I we could find no redeeming qualities with this experience.
Idk how it has the rating that it has but I guess there is a reason why there is a "for sale" sign hanging directly outside. I guess that's why you charge $3 for wanting to share a 2 meat, 2 side entree that comes with cornbread.
*If not for my boyfriend I would have returned everything, and I mean EVERYTHING and left. So, at least you still technically got the business, but, we won't be back.
*If I'm paying $90+ for food I'm taking it home. At least I was able to doctor it up and make it taste better at my own home.
The fact that the "owner" decided to respond that way says enough. Trash restaurant.
