I felt compelled to write this review because the woman at the counter taking our order was insanely condescending and rude. Literally simple question like “what quantities do wings come in?” Was answered with an annoying point to a menu (which I couldn’t read because I didn’t have my readers) and the response was “do you see the menu? It’s right there!” When we were deciding on what sauce we wanted on wings she was rolling her eyes and really making us feel uncomfortable. It’s too bad. We were so pleased with the food. The lady at the counter was so nasty I don’t think I’ll be returning. After reading other reviews I’m wondering if that was the owner. If so, WOW. Food is great but not great enough to tolerate the attitude we experienced today. We drove 35 minutes to get there, spent over $100 on food for two people. News flash, maybe Gordon Ramsey needs to return and focus on customer service this time.

- TCTabetha CampbellDec 3, 20255.0My wife and I drive 3 1/2 hours just to eat here and buy their BBQ sauce. Best BBQ sauce Ive ever had, plus their pulled pork and brisket melts in your mouth. The staff actually remembered us, even though it's months in between our visits. Worth it. Plus, their BBQ sauce makes some amazing deer jerky marinade when hunting season hits.
