I go here quite often workers are always friendly. Get fast service. I haven’t had one bad experience.

Was in town, stopped here for the first time. Sandwich was near cold, curly fries was basically cold, and was not filled near the top of the little carton, I requested no sauce, but they gave me a lot of them anyway, right on the top of my fries; which is the reason I said no sauce - those little packets are dirty, and all hands touch them: they were making up the space in the fries carton too. My drink was 3 quarters filled with ice, which means I had basically no drink. I'm very disappointed. I live in Hanover, they do a great job there. I will try this place again next month, just in case I ran into one bad manager

2/10 - I was in the area for a couple of days and chose to grab a Meat and 3 box for lunch yesterday. Unfortunately, Arby's has recalled their chicken, but this location was so nice to offer a fish sandwich as a replacement for the chicken. This is a big deal as other locations do not, and I do not eat red meat. The manager and another gentleman there were very nice about the replacement. Everything was received and my lunch was good. 2/11 I decided since I was heading out of the area, I would grab another box for dinner. My bill was a bit higher, so I inquired. I was told that I had requested tomato and onion straws on my fish, and since it was the plain fish that was replacing the chicken, I would be charged. No worries. I thanked the girl at the drive thru and waited to get my order. Overall, the meal was good, but I was shorted a mozzarella stick. Considering the price you pay and you only get two in a normal box, that was a disappointment. I did not say anything to the crew about replacing, I just ate my food.
I will still go back, if in the area again, due to the customer service and I will recommend because the food was good. Both of my visits were picked up in the drive-thru.

The lady at the drive thru obviously don’t listen to anything I said or asked for, she just nodded her head. I didn’t receive any sauces I asked for but instead received a bunch of berry sauce? It’s not hard people!!
