We are unfortunately, in a position where we have to eat out in the area often, and we have found that this location is beyond subpar. We have had more problems with our orders than we can count. Orders take forever to be ready. Missing items galore, and missing ingredients. We have been served beyond sloppy food, and served literally rotten food on 3 separate occasions. Even when you get something as simple as whole bagels as takeout, they still manage to make it bad. When you order any form of takeout, they will put every single item in one bag, no matter what you order and no matter how much you order it will all be on one bag. I’m talking unwrapped bagels tossed in the bottom of a bag with cream cheese, yogurt, fruit etc. mixed right in with them. Those containers are in no way clean on the outside. They sit in a cooler for the general public gets to pick them up and choose which one they want, These guys just throw them straight on your bagels. Gross! (Note, I do have a picture of everything being in the one bag, but I can’t get it to upload with the rest of them.)
