- JPJoni PMar 8, 20263.0One thing I’ll never forget about this place is years ago around the time DoorDash first came to our area that I know of (within the last 6 years) DoorDash gave me a new account promotion & I got a burger from five guys really cheap. The manager called me & yelled at me & said he didn’t know how I got the burger so cheap & that he guesses he will honor it this time & to never do it again! (He Acted as if I committed fraud or something! & I started to feel like I did something wrong but it was just a DoorDash promotion) Ever since then any time I ever want food from here I think about that employee. Also the prices are ridiculous I can make Several home made burgers with lettuce, onion, tomato, bacon etc just as good at home for the price of 1 burger. The burgers, fries, peanuts & milk shakes were good. But I’ll never forget that guy calling & yelling at me still to this day years later.

Why does Five Guys have peanuts for free?
Serving peanuts for free began as a way for people to pass the time while they waited for us to cook up their meals (way back in the day, before smartphones). It was such a hit, and has become such a Five Guys tradition, that we keep our stores stocked with peanuts to this day.
