The order was fulfilled finally by 6:53 after it had waited in the store for over 30 minutes. Some organization, training, and adequate staffing is needed to continue on a successful track.

Pulled into the drive through which you can’t back out of they told me with a crap attitude pick ups inside so I had to sit in the drive through until the lady in front of me left. Get inside. One girl is texting. The young man was working and the other girl was doing whatever. It was literally more work for them to walk the smoothie past the drive through window to take it to the pick up box. Was literally chunks of ice with fruit and water floating on top. Don’t normally review stuff but idk why something as simple as getting a fruit smoothie had to be so annoying.

Please warn customers ahead of time that their smoothie bowl is frozen & needs to thaw. I was expecting to dive right in & enjoy the new Bahama Mama bowl during a quick lunch but was quickly met with delicious toppings on top of a frozen smoothie mixture beneath the toppings.
