The general manager on duty declined to give his name, which says plenty about both leadership and accountability at this location. If this is how people are treated over literal pennies, it’s not hard to understand why the dining room was empty.

Serving peanuts for free began as a way for people to pass the time while they waited for us to cook up their meals (way back in the day, before smartphones). It was such a hit, and has become such a Five Guys tradition, that we keep our stores stocked with peanuts to this day.
