I told them I waited that long and one guy asked my name and went and got my order that had been sitting at the window with no employee there. Another girl was standing there doing nothing and rolled her eyes and smirked at me while I was waiting for the guy to get my order. Got home and my food was cold from being sitting at the window so long. This is unacceptable customer service!!!!! The employees that work there obviously do not have any standards for customer service.
