Well I would encourage everyone to ignore any bad rumors and see it for yourself. The whole staff was just so kind to me. From the time I walked in to when I checked out, they were all incredibly kind. They made my food exactly how I wanted it, without any pushback. Every time I’d ask for something in the Morgantown one, I was made to feel like it was a hassle. I’ve gone back to the uniontown one 3 separate times now and my experience has been top notch every single time. At this point, even if I were already in Morgantown, I’d probably still drive to this one just because of the difference in service. I’ve bartended. Waited tables. All of it. So I don’t expect everything to be perfect every single time. But that hasn’t stopped me from experiencing it at this location.

Chipotle is my favorite restaurant and I am never one to write reviews or be upset with service and food at a restaurant, however, this particular location is AWFUL. Multiple times I have been there and had to wait over 30 mins, which I can understand sometimes when it’s busy, but there were barely any people in the restaurant. The portions are so small and it is never correct. Today was my last straw when I ordered on my app, which I do all the time and never have any issues with my food being ready on time, I picked a pickup time of 5:20 and ordered right before 5pm. I didn’t even get to the restaurant until 5:40 because I was running behind. My order was not even being prepared yet. By 6pm it still was not being prepared and the Chipotlane line was wrapped around the building. 40 mins after my pickup time and my order was not even being prepared. I requested a cancellation and refund of my order and went over to the Chick Fil A and had my food in 5 minutes. I will NEVER be going back to this location ever again.
