  I love Chipotle's food. I do. But tonight was not one of those nights. I was out Doordashing and had just finished my time Doordashing. I wanted food and was trying to decide between Taco Bell or Chipotle. Should have gotten Taco Bell. I came up to the window to get my order and got it within minutes thankfully. But the problem is that the girl at the Chipotlane window gave me my drink and the food but almost forgot to give me my fiancée's drink then proceeded to roll her eyes and ask me what size it was supposed to be because she didn't even know what size it was meant to be. They messed up my burrito bowl. No sour cream and the guacamole was gross. If you are going to serve guacamole at least change it out in the middle of the day for fresh guacamole instead of letting it sit. Also, I had ordered the cilantro lime sauce on the side and did not get it. My bowl was half as full as it used to be and had barely any rice. The tortilla for my fiancée's burrito was chewy and gross. They do not know how to make a proper burrito because the sour cream in their burrito (hallelujah they got their sour cream while I didn't) was all in one spot. We did not get our napkins or utensils like we asked for. But truly? I should've gotten Taco Bell. I get it is the end of the night and you want to go home but that does not excuse the unacceptable behavior of rolling your eyes at the customer who asked for their drink. It also does not excuse the amount of mess ups that occurred. I worked in customer service for years and I can tell you that never once would I mess up intentionally just because I wanted to go home and it was nearing closing time. If I want Chipotle again, I will definitely be going to a different location because I've been inside the restaurant which is always filthy and in the Chipotlane and neither is a pleasant experience.

  Food is good, but the restaurant really needs to be cleaned, always a mess, and usually something not working or missing.

  Actually the worst chipotle ever. Always out of everything. They are rude and sloppy. It just needs shut down.
