  I’m a frequent at this particular Wendy’s and I really think it depends on the staff per day. There have been times I have Great service, however tonight was TERRIBLE. I was Charged for an UNAUTHORIZED amount for my order. When I got My food, my receipt was thrown in bag and when I looked It was not the amount I agreed To paying to. When I told The cashier, she got annoyed at me and walked away and said nothing. The manager came over…absolutely clueless and gave me cash back. I asked Him what the employees problem was and he gave me a look as if she’s always like this! Control your employees. This is still a job. You work for a corporation. The rudeness, and lack of respect is astounding! I’ll think twice about returning as a usual after this.

  Good service with a hard working and friendly staff. Had their spicy chicken sandwich and nuggets and the food was prepared just as I ordered, and the food was good.
