  I should've done this review years ago. How many times do you need to run out of meatballs before 2 pm to realize that you need to start making more meatballs? I get that you may not want to make a full batch as there will be some food waste, but just avoiding the waste entirely means you avoid making money. I guess it's better than the time that they gave me a footlong meatball with only six meatballs but a ton of sauce. Also, I went to the store two weeks ago on a Sunday afternoon and the doors were locked. The two employees inside looked at me, then walked around the back corner and out of sight. Seriously? It was during your hours of operation and the OPEN sign was on. The ladies next door at Holiday said they've experienced this as well. I get that hiring good workers is tough. I understand that management can't be on site at all times. I just know there are better ways to run your operations.

  They did not fill the meat scoop of the rotisserie , there was not even enough to fill the bread. We asked for our sandwiches toasted, we were given cold food. The lettuce bucket, filled pretty full, was brown and wilted as far as the eye can see. One sandwich had no mayo and the other was given more mayo than it had meat. I should also add they did not have anyone in from of us, and only had people come in after they were almost done ruining the 2nd sandwich. No excuse.
