An older employee with gray hair loudly asked a coworker if a customer was 'retarded' just because of the ice cream toppings they picked. The customer actually had a disability and was standing right there to hear it. It was completely disgusting and made everyone uncomfortable. I haven’t been back since, and I know the other people there that night won't be either. Management needs to fire this person immediately. Really disappointed with this experience.
