    Fast food my ass!!! Every time I go thru the drive thru they make me park, doesn't matter what I order I've gotta wait atleast 5 minutes.

    After working there two years and knowing they know what fries are suppose or be like it's upsetting but not a surprise because everyone there is only there to collect a pay check and do as little work as possible and the three maybe 4 hard workers get looked over and are so underappreciated it's not funny. I ordered a delivery the driver was at my door in less then 10 minutes the fries are cold and stale and about half empty. Gave home meal to the dogs the chicken was dark and chilled in the inside . .. wow great job mcdonalds

    All of the local McDonald's, including this one, have declined dramatically in service. Every time you pull up to the speaker, even if there is no one in line, they say "one moment please" and then you will wait, sometimes for several minutes, before they start taking your order.

    TJ from Scranton that is temporarily at the store has a major attitude disrespectful not a managers out of all he's out of control he's rude he's obnoxious and for him to be a manager is on call for he acts like a two year old

    Got the wrong order after clarifying at the speaker. It happens, not a huge deal. Then I found a massive deep fried bug in my french fries. Definitely will be skipping this location from now on.
