A second woman named Deja (sorry if I spelled name wrong) stepped in and was willing to make it right. As a customer service professional myself for that first woman to flat out refuse to help me or even give me her name is completely unacceptable but Deja clearly understands customer service and deserves a raise. The other woman shouldn’t be in customer service.

The restaurant is always clean, the staff is friendly, and my order is always right (which says a lot!). You can tell she really cares about her team and the customers — she’s super nice, professional, and always makes sure everyone’s taken care of. Hands down the best McDonald’s experience I’ve had, all thanks to Jacenda and her awesome crew!
