Our total bill was $40 because I got a cup of hot cocoa and my husband got 1 cup of coffee. This should tell every restaurant something... before the prices went through the roof, many couples ate out once a week. Now they go out on a rare basis.

The potato soup made me think I had Covid as I couldn’t taste anything. I could see that there were small carrots or peas in it, but it just truly lacked flavor. I don’t know what to make of the meatloaf and mashed potatoes. The meatloaf was incredibly dry, and actually looked as though it was cut from a loaf. I’ve never seen anything like that. The mashed potatoes with canned brown gravy were just plain not good. I did though have a bottle of Coca-Cola and it was delicious. It’s been a long time since I had an actual bottle of Coca-Cola and it’s very different from the fountain Pepsi.
