    The 5 stars are for the employee Brianna that was working the self checkout earlier. It was pure chaos because thanksgiving is coming up and the machines kept asking for employee assistance. Not sure why, but the poor girl was there working by herself. Brianna did a phenomenal job keeping calm and speeding around to help everyone WITH A SMILE AND MANNERS. She deserves back up and a raise! Thank you again Brianna for all your help amongst the circus!

    My husband and I had such a wonderful experience while at self checkout today. The self checkout employee named Cindy was on point with a smile and had this energy even though it was pretty busy. Each time we needed assistance, Cindy was right there to help us and helped our time to go smoothly. Thankyou

    One stop shop for all you're food and drinks. They also sell alcohol here now if you didn't already know. Fresh baked goods and lowest prices in town. Check them out.

    I always love Giant Direct and have had great experiences in the past with other stores. Unfortunately today I did not have a great experience at this Giant. I had a pickup order placed for 3-4pm. At 3:20 I called because my order had not been started yet. The woman that answered the phone and assisted me was extremely rude and was unable to help me because she “was just trying to get out the door”. I was disappointed with the lack of customer service.
