- SJS JMar 31, 20261.0Unfortunately, I feel Panera has gone downhill. The portions have gotten smaller, which means I usually pay extra to get extra of something. In this case I paid for extra chicken salad & I did not receive extra. The portion size was literally a tablespoon. Unacceptable for a sandwich that’s already overpriced. I also got the Mac & cheese which was overcooked & extremely oily. I won’t come to this location anymore. The food reminds me of hospital food, and I’m better off making it myself at home.
