  Bruh why you having me park in the drive thru waiting spots like fr there be no one behind me, I can wait for my food ya feel me I ain’t tryin to park, rain sleet or snow my food never ready to go, y’all not bussing, I want my mcnuggies

  This review is not an exaggeration nor false in anyway. Everything I'm writing is 100% accurate. I have never seen as much stupidity, chaos, cluelessness in one place before. It started at the Drive thru. 2 big macs, 2 fries, 2 cheeseburgers. I pay the bill get the change handed back all crumbled up with the receipt. I pull to waiting space where I unroll the receipt and notice it's for only a drink and fries. I stop the employee heading in and say they me the wrong receipt and showed her what I had. Next she asks if I have the receipt for the order in inquiring about. Well, no that's part of the problem. We walked back in and can't understand a word she's saying to the manager or whoever. Next they hand me a drink and fries. Again NOT MY ORDER!!!!! Turned out the older gentleman waiting it was his. Also next to me was a guy that walked in about 10 minutes before I did as he had his order messed and this they handed him his drink awhile which was WRONG. I'm still waiting and 2 girls walked in because their cheeseburgers we never put in the bag. So everyone standing there had their orders screwed up. Let's get this clear, the establishment was not busy with anyone other then us and another 1 or 2 people and these geniuses were acting like there's giant crowd of people trying to order food. Who ever runs this circus attraction needs to fire everyone, lock the door, go and take some business and manager training classes because NOBODY HAS A CLUE WHAT'S GOING ON. I will say never ever again will I stop at this location ever. The only positive compliment I can can say is these young kids were polite to me and all the other people waiting with their messed up orders. They deserve a pat on the back for that, but to the GM or whoever is the top person and that's pay attention to your employees. They are incompetent or untrained and are probably losing the company alot of money.

  Asked at the drive through is the Shamrock shake was available? Please hold, returns “yes”. We order, pay @ 1st window, 2nd window says shake is not avail. Asked do we want $ back or a replacement item? Chose $ back. When they returned, asked to order an ice tea- 👀 they said to pull around, get in line again and order it 🤬 you mess up and inconvenience me more? Wow- terrible

  Workers don’t know what there doing I ordered a 6 value meal and the lady didn’t even know what I was talking about and then they had no nuggets but still charged me full? Some ain't right with this ya better get ya workers in check terrible service
