Even worse — I walked inside to fix it and was left standing there while employees looked at me and said nothing. no apology, no acknowledgment. After like 15 minutes the employee took my same sandwich and heated it up. The food was bad, but the customer service was worse. Completely unacceptable. Do better in training your employees Dunkin!
