  I work next door I’m always buying something at this location and I usually come back just for a ice refill in my cup so today, the employee Shauna decided to tell me that I have to pay for my ice refill in my medium cup, which I found weird because I never got charged before, so I told her no problem, but then she gives me a large cup with ice, which makes no sense to me !

  I purchased a large pumpkin latte from this location I normally get one every day from another location. So I know what they taste like, it was strong in coffee flavor, bitter and no pumpkin flavor nor was it creamy. I emailed Dunkin because I had to dump it out and it was almost 5.00. Well it took them 4 days to get back to me and their solution was to give me 50 points, it takes 900 to get another latte! So basically I still have to spend and order multiple lattes to get one free. This company is not concerned about customers by giving me low points they are furthering their brand
