  Should have listened to reviews. Probably took 30 minutes to get my food. After waiting 10 to get served after pressing the button. Maybe 4 cars in stalls and 3 in drive through. Not that crazy busy. Food came out not good. Burger was dry like it was overcooked or the patties were made an hour ago. They clearly are poorly managed or understaffed. Don't go here until the turn it around. As of 2026 it is still bad.

  Awful service! We initially pressed the red button with them stating they would be right with us… 20 minutes later we did place our order only to have MULTIPLE cars that came after us receiving their order. The order took an additional 20 minutes to come out horrible service. Not worth the wait . Will not stop again.

  The aboslute worst place I’ve ever been in life. The staff is a horrible mess. The food was cold, bad attitudes wait time extremely wrong and food was wrong. Please hire people with common sense!!!!!!

  Absolutely horrible service. I pulled up to the drive thru window and the lady was just sighing at me telling me it’s going to take 15 minutes to get my order I just simply needed a bag of ice and got a lot of attitude and constant sighing…. I will never be coming back to this location. I highly recommend NOT coming here!

  If I could give 0 stars I would. This is pitiful. I'm sitting here waiting 30+ minutes for a mobile order while the drive thru window gets taken care of like nothing. Low staff or not there's no reason why someone waiting in the car lot gets ignored. The general manager seemingly left with our food while giving us a look and didn't bother tell anyone else in the building that she gave out wrong food. The poor shift manager who got left with that mess eventually helped us after 40 minutes. AVOID THIS SONIC.
