  Ive been here about 4 times picking up bagel bundles and didn't order anything else. My orders were always fresh and ready to go when I got there. Staff were outstanding.

  First time going to the new Panera relocated to the old Steak n Shake building across from the mall. When entering the new Panera building, the entry door is on the left, when almost all buildings have the entrance on the right, (think about it). You then enter into the foyer and just continue into the building using that left door, only to be greeted by the trash/recycling and plate cart. Having now missed the food ordering kiosks located along the wall inside of the exit doors everyone funnels to the counter to order. Probably sucks if it gets busy. Then the inside still has the brightness of the old Steak n Shake, not very inviting, and feels cold and not cozy like other Panera's. The employees were great, very busy and helpful. The space is very open and uninviting, similar to the prior Steak n Shake. Their old location in the mall was laid out much better, this looks like they got the entry floor plan reversed by putting the kiosks at the exit door, and when they realized it was too late or too expensive to correct the wiring. My wife's Chicken Salad sandwich was excellent (reason for 2 stars) and was bursting out over the sides with chicken and the other chicken salad ingredients, but my BBQ Chicken sandwich was bad with just a small portion of shredded chicken lumped on each half of bread, when the sandwich came out it just looked like 2 halves of bread, you couldn't tell there was anything on the bread until you opened it up. It had a good amount of melted cheese, but the BBQ Sauce tasted like a mixture of ketchup and Coca-Cola. It was very sweet and had zero kick, just horrible. I took the bread as my adder, but was offered nothing to put on it, like butter. I got just bread. The self serve drink options were great. Probably done with this location and next time we'll go to the Fox Chapel location instead.
