We used to have awful experiences with missing items and wrong orders every single time—especially with veggie bowls coming with no veggies or lettuce. We love Chipotle and kept trying, but eventually gave up. A few weeks ago we gave it another chance, and the food was perfect. Everything was correct and ready on time. We tried again… perfect again. Third time tonight—still perfect. Whatever changed, please keep it up! And please keep those veggies in stock for us vegetarians!

The person working the line was doing what they could but other workers were not helping. The others were counting tips and waiting by the time clock.
