  Stopped at Chipotle Pittsburgh Mills today to grab lunch and the food was absolutely amazing. My burrito was filled and the steak was out of this world. My server Misty was perfect and she made my burrito and my daughters quesadilla and sons bowl just how we wanted them. I will absolutely be coming back and I 100% recommend this Chipotle location over any of the others!

  Came in for lunch. Misty the server was great and prepared my bowl. Food was delicious. The restaurant was very clean as well.

  Walked in and immediately noticed the mess. The garbage cans were overflowing and every surface had food and trash on it. The service was super slow and by the time we were able to get to the counter we walked out because the food looked dry as sand. Never coming back here and i hope no one else spends their money on this either

  It’s unfortunate this location is so bad. I eat here once every few months to see if anything changes. The staff changes but everything else is the same. Service is very, very slow, the workers are working with 0% urgency, the kitchen floor and counters are filthy, and as a result the food is not good. The most disappointing thing about yesterday’s visit was that I thought I was overcharged; I didn’t question it and I tapped my card anyway. As soon as the receipt came out the cashier crumpled it up and threw it away. I asked for a new receipt, and I was told it could not be reprinted. So I just left; I could have made a scene but I have eaten at Chipotle long enough, 3 bowls and chips does not cost $54. So I will not go back to this location, not in a few months to see if things change, not ever. And it’s unfortunate because it’s a nice chain, I eat at other Chipotles all of the time. This one happens to be the one closest to my house. THE MANAGEMENT AT THIS LOCATION NEEDS TO CHANGE OR IT WILL CLOSE SOON DUE TO IT BEING A LOW PERFORMING STORE.

  The whole is restaurant is dirty. The pop machine is dirty sticky and moldy. There was not one single table clean in the whole restaurant. The sour cream looked like it hasn’t been stirred all day. The beans were crusty I didn’t even order and left. They need a management team to clean that place up.
