- CPCassandra PassamonteJan 5, 20261.0Was handed the wrong drink (I ordered a large iced coffee was handed a small hot coffee of some kind) asked for a fork for what I thought was my loaded hashbrowns. The lady said “oh you wanted loaded hashbrowns?” I said “yes that’s what I ordered” then she said “no you didn’t” and I said “yes I did, that’s what was on the screen when I pulled up” and she said “no it wasn’t”. So she decided to argue with me instead, after being handed the wrong drink and evidently the wrong food. I would have happily paid the difference if she charged me the wrong amount. Oh and this isn’t the first time I have been given the wrong order at this location. Mistakes happen I get it but to happen repeatedly is not good.

Beside maybe 1 decent interaction this is hands down the worst Dunkin in the poconos. One example if i put less ice why would you give me a cup full of ice and less product/ milk.(this is obviously the opposite of what i want) This is a terrible practice they convey my drink is literally so filled with ice i can’t even put my straw in but not fully filled with product. This is about the 5th time I’ve received a drink like this from this location. save yourself and go elsewhere you’re going to waste your money and time here.
