- HDHoney D.3 days ago1.0I brought a Son of the Baconator!! They put broken pieces of burnt bacon on my sandwich. This sandwich had to have 1 piece of bacon on it, it was crumbled on the sandwich. This is absolutely unacceptable and I’m very displeased with this place! This particular Wendy’s is absolutely ridiculous and I hope they close down. I try not to go here because NO ONE cares about their job or the food they serve. Every time I go here they Mess my food up. This is my last straw with them. They don’t care!!!! I don’t either. My money spends.

Their employees block the door while smoking weed. On 12/26/25 at 1045. We sat at the call box for 15 mins. We went to go in and the employee was standing at the door smoking and said go to the call box. We told him no one acknowledged us. Another employee said you’re not coming in and go to the box. We drove there again. He then said we’re about to close. What?! Highly unprofessional. They also use their personal cars to block the box sometimes. Also when you do get to go in they ignore you for long periods of time. Once the lady at the window was scratching all under her clothes then we watch her grab fries with her hands. Never again

Part of it is on me because I could try it before I pull away but I never think about it because most places get it right. I know nothing can be done about this one but I had to tell someone!!!! PLEASE take a moment and look at what you're doing. Everything else about my visit was fine.
