Ordered an apple turnover on November 14th and today November 19th didn't receive it either time. Called the store nothing they could do and didn't care that they missed the order.

Bought the brisket sandwich and saw that I had to put the sauce on myself. Cmon Arby's put the sauce on yourselves. Drive through window person was very nice and accurate with my order

I’m giving Arby’s 5 stars because the employee that ran the window today was very professional and her customer service skills was on point. If anything, they should make her a manager because she knew how to run that window and the service was fast and excellent. Kudos to the young lady that ran her window with professionalism and fast service. We need more employees like her 7/30 at 12:15p

I asked for extra napkins. The kid gave me about two hundred. Won't need to buy napkins for a long time. But what does that say for the efficiency of this place?
