I waited in the stupid drive thru line for 30 minutes today for 1 medium iced cookie butter cloud latte and I was over 30 minutes late to work because of it. There’s literally never been a time where I haven’t had to wait in a long line since the renovations happened. Then when you get to the window the workers are moving in like slow motion, absolutely no pep in their step at all as if they don’t know the line is almost out the parking lot. Something needs to change whether it be staff or whatever because before renovations, this was not happening as frequently.
