  We were staying at a nearby resort for a few days and visited this dunkin since the reopening day and the next 2 days. The first 2 days the coffees we ordered were fine no issues the last day of our trip we order our coffee's, same as we always do and when my husband bring mine back they forget to put in caramel and its not drinkable. He takes the trip back to ask for caramel they put caramel in it but it still tasted horrible so he asked the employee to put more in and it did not change at all. I believe the espresso was a bad batch as his hot coffee tasted fine but my coffee with an espresso shot tasted horrible he left after being refused to add more caramel to the drink. I went back at around 1pm and the employees working there were very nice and accommodating to me and remade my drink and it was great. This happened on 10/31/25 & I just want to give the employees that helped me their deserved recognition. Thank you for making a bad experience a good one !

  Acabo de hacer mi pedido aparte que duro demaciado me dieron solamente agua por que ni café sabe aparte la persona duro al rededor de 20 minutos para poderme dar mi pedido

  Good evening Google Family. I visited today to purchase some decaf coffee, black with butter pecan. I also purchased some hash browns. The coffee tasted so delicious, after being in the room all night with no coffee. We have a coffee maker in the room, but a friend mentioned not to touch the coffee maker. You don't know when they cleaned it, or if at all. I decided to take their advice and not to drink the coffee in the room. A good experience here today. Have a great experience,work out, be healthy, fit and fabulous!!!!

  Coffee missed on my order. Came back and had to wait for two people to get their orders before I got my coffee. Was still charged for the coffee despite the inconvenience and their error. Sandwich was not toasted and I didn’t end up eating it after all the issues. Never going back. Some of the worse customer service I have experienced. Hopefully some manager or owners read this and make changes.

  Staff are rude and the speaker at the drive-through is Horrible Place my order and I got up to the window and check the order and the Croissant was not in the bag the guy at the window was talking to a female I think it was the manger She took Over the Drive-through from a female employee I guess the orders were getting messed up I told the guy at the window the Croissant was not in the bag He told me they do not take another order at the window. Meanwhile, I ordered it from the beginning at the speaker. But they would not take my order so I left I will not be going back to that Dunkin’ Donuts
