- JCJohn CaccitoloJan 20, 20261.0Ordered a cake on December 29th for pickup on January 16th. Called on the 12th to check on it just to make sure all was good. It had been "made" already and was ready for pickup. I thought that was odd, but it didn't seem crazy. Still picked it up on the 16th and served it the next day. It was completely freezer burnt and the ice cream was straight ice crystals. Cake was as dry as a bone and tasted like one. It said right on the receipt they "prepared" it on the 29th. So God only knows how long that cake was already sitting in a freezer case before they simply put the photo I sent on it and put it back in for another 2 and half weeks. I paid like $77 bucks for this and it was inedible. I guess I'll just take this as a learning experience and never in my life go to another Baskin-Robbins. 🙃
- JNJackie NewmanOct 12, 20251.0I ordered a cake online and it was only giving me the option to pick it up at 7:10pm so i called to see if i could make it earlier and i'm glad i did because the gentleman on the phone told me the ice cream i chose was out of stock (idk why it still let me pick it) if i hadn't called i wonder if they would have reached out to me? He was very nice about it and very nice about changing the time so i do give him credit there. Now when i picked the cake up, the colors looked like they "melted" like it had been sitting out for a little while then put in the freezer? The colors were totally off & the balloons looked like huge rain drops. The cake tasted very stale. Overall it was a huge mess & i should have stuck with a regular bakery.

Most of our U.S. shops accept Birthday Club rewards, but not all. If you’re planning to use a Birthday Club reward, you may want to call your local shop first to see if they will accept it.
Can I sign up my children and other family members for the Birthday Club?
Yes. Each Birthday Club account can have only one primary person (age 13 and up); however, members can add up to 5 other family members to their accounts easily.
Once you are logged in, click on “Family Members” and then “Add a Family Member”. From here, add your family member’s details. You can add up to five family members.

After I sign up for the Birthday Club, how do I edit my account information?

You’ll need to reset your password. Visit our “Log In” page in the BR App or online and click “Forgot Password”. We’ll ask for your email address and will send you an email where you can create a new password. Still having trouble? Contact Consumer Care at 800-859-5339 and we’ll give you a hand.
How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
