  The environment in here is incredible, there is amazing attention to detail in every facet. Overall the colour palette of reds with some hints of blue add a lovely contrast, and its peaceful- We sat at the windowed part, lovely view of the outside- And background music that made it feel comfortable to talk in a quiet environment. Karan was an incredible server for us, he was very attentive without being overbearing. He made sure our waters were topped off and checked in occasionally, overall just a nice energy he brought that definitely tied the experience together for us. Will be coming here again, this is a GEM of an establishment with reallllyyyy good food too. The samosas were bomb, the smell in the air is mouth watering. Overall, sincerely, 10/10 in every regard.

  The service here was amazing. The staff were very nice and kind. They asked if we needed anything or if we wanted more water and/or anything else. karan was our waiter and he is the best waiter I've had so far.

  We were in the mood for Indian and returned to Spice Kitchen in Stroudsburg, a place we’ve enjoyed before. Unfortunately, this visit missed the mark. We chose the buffet, expecting the usual lineup. Instead, every chicken dish was bone-in. From the Butter Chicken to the Tandoori Chicken and Chicken Biryani, nearly every bite required navigating bones. We had the buffet about a year ago and did not have this experience. Even the naan disappointed. It tasted store-bought and reheated, soft in the wrong way and slightly soggy rather than fresh. The biggest issue was the biryani. The rice was filled with small, fragmented bones that were difficult to see. After my first bite, I stopped eating. I sifted through the plate and found multiple bone fragments, including a roughly 1/2 inch piece with visible cartilage. We immediately flagged the server. To their credit, the staff responded and offered a freshly prepared Chicken Tikka Masala. While boneless, it didn’t recover the meal. The chicken was fatty, and the sauce was mild and slightly sweet rather than rich and flavorful. At $18 per person, we expected much better. Biryani should not contain fragmented bones mixed into the rice. Overall, this was a clear step down from our prior visits and a disappointing experience.
