  If I could give this no stars I would. I placed and order at the kiosk and needed to pay cash, no one acknowledged me and after 10 minutes when someone finally did they asked me my name and I told them and I said “I think I still need to pay” and they threw a cup at me and walked back over to the drive thru window. Thinking my order was being made I waited another 20 minutes and for that whole time no one was up front for me to ask about my order or acknowledged me as they saw me waiting. Finally when the person asked me my name again they said oh you have to pay before we make your order. I told them that I had already stated that I still needed to pay. I was so frustrated at this point that I asked them to cancel the order, they didn’t even care said “ok it’s canceled, have a good night”. Having to wait for food is never a problem and always understandable but not acknowledging or communicating with your guests in your establishment is horrible customer service. I will not be back here.

  hi, i came here today absolutely starving after a long, heroic day of shopping — truly, I had conquered every aisle known to man. I pulled up to the drive-thru, ready to claim my well-earned feast, when the lady called me… Noah. Noah?! Tragic. That was already minus one star right there. But I kept my composure, pushed through the emotional damage, and ordered my tacos — three glorious tacos, as promised by the menu. I got to the window, heart pounding, stomach growling, dreams shimmering before my eyes. And what did I see? One. Single. Taco. I stared at it like it had personally betrayed me. My joy, my excitement, my very will to live — gone. That one lonely taco ruined what could have been the best day of my life. I ate it in silence, reflecting on how the mighty have fallen. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ would’ve been the rating… but now? You already know.

  One of the worst Taco Bell’s to exist. I wouldn’t even rate them 1 star. I recently visited Taco Bell, and unfortunately, my experience wasn’t great. First off, the customer service felt really off. It seemed like the staff was dismissive and not very friendly, which made me feel uncomfortable. Another issue was the cleanliness. The bathrooms were dirty, and it really deterred me from wanting to stay and enjoy my meal. It’s disappointing to see such neglect in a place that could be so inviting. Overall, I left feeling frustrated and won't be rushing back anytime soon. I hope they can improve on these aspects because it would make a huge difference for customers

  I recently visited this place and left feeling very uncomfortable. I felt that I was treated differently from other customers, and the overall experience was disappointing. I hope the management looks into this and ensures that every guest is treated with the same level of respect and courtesy.

  Very disappointed with this Taco Bell location. The staff were rude and unprofessional, and some even made inappropriate, possibly racist remarks. The restaurant was dirty—especially the bathroom—and the food did not meet Taco Bell’s usual standards. It’s clear this location needs serious attention from corporate management. Please retrain or replace staff to ensure proper service, cleanliness, and respect for all customers.
