- BBBrianna2 days ago1.0This was the worst experience I've ever had at a Dunkin. There were two younger men working here. The one must have been under the influence of something. He looked so blank and not on the same planet as us. There was no one in line infront of me for my mobile order and he took nearly 10 minutes to get my drink. He informed me they were out of the Wicked tins which I had ordered and said "sorry" but that he can't do anything about it. He walked around the store for maybe 5 minutes before coming back to the window. He said he can't even give me a refund. So I said that it is what it is, and just asked for the munchkins anyway. He returned with none of the type requested in my mobile order. Please keep in mind that I place my mobile order while I was still 11minutes away. There was no one inside the store either, so there no reason to wait that long for a mobile order and to get it so wrong. The munchkins he did provide were also terribly dry. We couldn't eat them.
