  Never had trouble with Dunkin Donuts! What could go wrong with a cup of coffee?

  This is gotta be the slowest rudest service of any Dunkin in the area. In addition to that save yourself the trouble because they’re still stuck in Covid on my way through the drive-through as I was getting my order that I waited a ridiculous amount of time for an order that I had put in for the mobile app for pick up. I politely asked the girl if she could throw away my Dunkin’ Donuts cup that I had already finished my coffee less than two hours ago and I was told as per policy they couldn’t accept my trash, which is funny because again it was an empty Dunkin’ Donuts cup not like I was asking them to throw away anything else that was not branded by their actual restaurant. I was quoted the same lame nonsense about ever since Covid, blah blah blah I won’t be returning. I’ve got better things to do with my time than sit and argue with somebody who can’t even give directions to the closest trashcan nor do I have time to wait or whatever it was that they were doing in preparing something that literally is a wake up wrap, some hashbrowns and a coffee that was put in through the mobile app, there’s zero excuse, but why I should’ve had to wait at 6 o’clock in the morning with no line. I’ll be taking it somewhere else oh, and just a heads up, Cara is especially witty with her sarcasm and rude comments.

  Terrible establishment managers do nothing about it. Rude employees that give customers attitudes and won’t remake food after they have gotten orders done time and time again. Dont waste your money or time because they will just deny fixing your food or drinks. They allow their employees to be disrespectful to costumers.

  My signature latte wasnt even really hot,hubbys coffee was fine. We had to pull over and wait for hubbys food for a few mins. Got extra donuts for the wait. They throw awayso many donuts etc away at the end of the day. They should always do that if you have someone waiting. I was waiting on the $6 meal deal with bacon egg and cheese on a croissant with a hot coffee and hash browns. I think the $6 meal deal is pretty good and reasonable obviously for the price of each separately. The girl working there that brought out the food was very nice. The girl that was taking the order and receiving the money at the window was very short with her and she seemed very overworked and busy. It is a holiday and they do close early but she was just very confused I think. The speed of the service was okay. I don't understand why people were receiving their items before I received mine but maybe they got something that wasn't hot. Who knows... All in all it won't stop me from coming back. PS if you get any of the signature lattes and you like your coffee sweet make sure you get extra sugar
