Staff purposely ignored me twice when saying excuse me sir directly to their face to ask if I was able to purchase coffee using actual money since the “lobby” is a crammed broom closet with a computer strapped to the wall. Horrible service. I don’t know at what point these people were actually trained if they even were. SAVE YOURSELF TIME AND MONEY AND JUST GO TO WAWA LIKE I DID.
