When I got home (checked when I got home because I had a bigger order and didn’t wanna hold the line. Guess I’ll be checking my bags at the window from now on) I realized that I was missing an 8ct so I went back and the lady at the window was rude. I explained the issue when I drove all the way back and she said “did you call and talk to someone(snotty)” I said no and she had an attitude, grab an 8ct and handed me my nuggets and made it seem like it was a problem that I was there to pick up the food that was forgotten that I PAID for. I said Thank you! (I’m not gonna go down to her level) And she completely ignored me. I have gone to this location since they opened and this is the first negative interaction I’ve had there.
