  They are extremely rude, and forgetful. They told me my order was being made. 45 mins later they said it had to be redone. They kept lying while I was waiting. This pizza hut is a joke

  I go to pick up my order at the time I was given and the crew was scrambling for almost 10 mins to find my order. Finally, I'm told my order was misplaced. "Misplaced" is an unsual word to use for an order of 6 pizzas, but ok. I would've cancelled, but I was feeding a family in need. 15 mins to remake, plus the time spent looking for them, turned into the families dinner being late. Stuff happens, but the GM came out & treated me like I lost my own pizzas and had her waiting. Customer service is not her strong point. However, the young man and lady at the counter were very nice, so the stars I gave are for them!

  store is dirty as hell floors are covered in God knows what.

  Was waiting over an hour for the food. Called and complained about the wait and they said it was out for delivery. Come to find out that the delivery driver didn’t have a phone so she was unreachable and was driving without a gps. No wonder it was taking so long. She didn’t know where she was going. The manager basically said they’re hiring anyone who applies because they’re so desperate for workers and that he’ll probably have to let the delivery driver go after this incident. Pizza was cold and tasteless upon arriving.
