- AAAndrewMar 8, 20261.0Ordered 2 burgers through Doordash. The patties were missing in both, and one of them had bits of sharp metal in it. Bad food is one thing, this place literally tried to kill me. The delivery bag was sealed, so this issue was 100% the fault of the restaurant.

The payment was still processed and it was charged to my credit card. I called the branch but the staff just repeatedly said the refund will be processed within five days, though it has been more than seven business days, and suddenly hang up the phone. This is a terrible experience. If you canceled my order, you should have processed refund from your branch.

Serving peanuts for free began as a way for people to pass the time while they waited for us to cook up their meals (way back in the day, before smartphones). It was such a hit, and has become such a Five Guys tradition, that we keep our stores stocked with peanuts to this day.

Leftover fries are excellent reheated in the oven (or Air Fryer). According to Chad Murrell, one of the Five Guys, just pop them in a 350-degree oven for about 10-15 minutes.
