  went at 12:40 when they were still open and told us they were closed. keyword for lazy as hell and didnt want to work while they were on the clock. If the manager sees this know your losing out on sales in the last hour of the shift because your employees are lazy

  Food was decent and came out fine, no major issues there. The only problem was communication at the counter — it was hard to understand the staff and that made ordering a little frustrating. The lobby also felt somewhat unclean and could definitely use more attention. With clearer communication and better upkeep of the dining area, this location would be a lot better.

  Ah Wendy's, you are nothing like you used to be. Ordered at a kiosk. My chicken sandwich was ok at best. The chicken was nowhere near as good as they used to make it long ago. The tomato was overripe and mushy, and I had to scrape it off. Back in my days working at Wendy's in the 80s, we would never have served this. The best part of this visit was the photo on the wall of the old newspaper style tables that Wendy's had back in the 80s and 90s. *Sigh*

  Just drove 20 minutes to get Wendy's, on arrival there was no way to pay with cash as the system "was not working" yet you could pay via card, please explain to me how the system allows paying with card but not with cash, absolutely dead in side as well and hours before close. Didn't have a card with me - only cash. I've also been here multiple times and the food ALWAYS sucks, won't be returning! Will gladly take my money elsewhere for the rest of my life! Thanks to this singular location I will never spend money at Wendy's again and just deactivated my rewards account, Corporate look into how bad this store is if you care at all, but I've had bad experience after bad experience here in my 4 years of living here and it's only gotten worse.
