  Got rushed out the door because their online codes weren't working and they couldn't take more than 5 seconds to pull up my account and use my deal. Just annoyed I even keep going back.

  Went inside to eat and felt like I was eating inside a prison or something. It had absolutely ZERO atmosphere, zero decorations, zero colors. Also you have to order on a screen which a bunch of fast food places have switched to and I MUCH prefer talking to a human instead of touching a screen.

  I don’t usually leave negative reviews, but this was honestly one of the worst experiences I’ve had at a Wendy’s. The drive-through employee seemed very unsure of what she was doing, and I nearly drove away without receiving the drinks that were part of my order. I had to pause and double-check before leaving, which should not be necessary at a fast-food drive-through. Overall, the experience felt disorganized and poorly managed. The fries were particularly disappointing—they did not taste fresh and lacked the usual texture and flavor I expect from Wendy’s fries. They seemed either old or improperly prepared when compared to other Wendy’s locations I’ve visited. The only positive part of the order was the Baconator, which was prepared correctly and tasted as expected. Unfortunately, that alone was not enough to make up for the rest of the experience. I may consider giving this location another chance in the future, but this visit fell well below expectations and did not reflect the standard I normally associate with the Wendy’s brand.
