  Going 5 HOURS after open, they were still closed and we were told our mobile orders would be refunded. They weren’t. We had to go back and I waited for 20 minutes. When I finally went to see what the holdup was, they discontinued a smoothie that the app shows they have and decided to not say anything about it. My food got cold and I had to ask for a new smoothie instead of being asked if I wanted something different when the food got done over 15 minutes before

  I came in and waited about 12 minutes for the gentleman with the tattoos and black hair to come out. This is the second time I’ve seen him and second time I’ve waited more than 10 minutes for him to come out. Today, there was a man waiting to grab a DoorDash order, he ignored him, took my order, then yelled at him to get back before preparing my order, still ignoring his request. He then messed up my order and kissed his teeth when I corrected him. My bowl was pretty subpar, considering I don’t get much in there, the strawberries tasted old. I wasn’t offered my receipt so there’s not much I can do there but I’m very disappointed with my visit today.

  smoothies are HUGE for like $6, food is delicious, we got a free smoothie, the cashier was an ANGEL (shout out Charlotte R)🫶

  The service is always excellent. The food was pretty good, although I have had fresher ingredients at other branches of Tropical Smoothie.
