Not only is the food disgusting and not fresh but the elderly lady who is working today is extremely rude I certainly would not want somebody like that representing my business / franchise. I went in to pick up a sub for my mother and was told by this lady I hope you're not here for an online order it's going to be a while we don't have time for this right now you don't speak to customers like that!! I will just drive up the street to Jersey Mike's and get her a much better quality sub with decent friendly people.

On Sunday 10/19/2025 at 1pm I asked the sales person for a receipt for my online order. She told me she didn’t have my order and couldn’t help me and walked away to make sandwiches for people just getting into line. I patiently waited as she made food for the two customers and an additional four more people that came into the store. After waiting, she walked up to me and handed me subs for Adam. I’m not Adam. I told her that’s not my order and she walked away again saying she can’t see my order. I called out to her, can I please get my receipt printed? I pulled up debit card transactions on my phone proving that I purchased food at the Benner pike subway in state college, yet she kept saying she didn’t see my order and walking away. I asked for the manager, she told me her name is April and that she is the manager. And then walked away again. I hope she’s Lying about being a Manager, because being able to access past transactions and printing receipts is not an uncommon task for a store manager. I gave up trying to get help from “April” the “Manager”. This experience makes me never want to go to Subway again. I was patient and wanted someone to help me obtain a receipt and I kept getting ignored and basically told that I’m being unreasonable. I worked in many restaurants. We always tried to make the order right or fix any problems that a customer was having. Not Subway inside the Walmart. That place is run by miserable employees that take out frustration on people trying to purchase lunch. I’m not spending any more money at that Subway. I won’t bother April for a sandwich or a receipt. That’s too much for her and she has no regional manager either apparently. It’s just her all by herself with no owner or manager above her. The food is subpar and definitely not worth the hassle.
