I came in to make a simple purchase with a perfectly legitimate $100 bill, and instead I was loudly accused of using counterfeit money by the cashier, Thomas, right in front of everyone. Thomas kept shouting I was committing a crime and the way he said it loudly, over and over was humiliating. The manager was called over and Thomas kept insisting I was trying to pass fake money even though it turns out he was the one using the fraud-checking machine incorrectly! There was no apology, no professionalism, and absolutely no understanding of how serious and anxiety inducing that kind of accusation is, especially in public. They need to train their staff, especially this power-tripping cashier, properly and teach them how to handle situations without immediately jumping to accusations. Do better.
