When I picked up the drink I asked if that happened. The one who made it kept her back to me and did not acknowledge the question. The manager came over when I asked a second time and asked if I would like her to remake it. I said I wanted an honest answer to my question. The girl nodded her head yes to the manager who then turned to me and asked if I wanted it remade. Really?? Your employee just acknowledged she had picked up the tip from the floor and used it! I don’t think I would have asked the question but would have just remade it! I declined and left. Should have asked for a refund first. Wish people treated others like they cared and showed kindness.
