To have something in your food is the worst of worst! I recommend nobody go to this place, not only is the staff not welcoming but so slow. Not to mention the on shift manager Fran did nothing to help the situation besides comp my meal. Ridiculous

It’s a nice walk to here from the stadium after a Penn State football to here through campus after a game. I’d recommend naked tenders with the wild sauce, it is my favorite and go to.

We showed up at our scheduled pickup time and then waited ANOTHER HOUR for food that was supposedly pre-ordered. No apology. No urgency. No accountability. Just employees standing around while our order was either ignored or completely forgotten. If this is how “advance ordering” works, don’t offer it. This was pure incompetence and terrible management. An hour late on a five-hour-ahead order is embarrassing. Total waste of time. Save yourself the frustration and order literally anywhere else.
