  I’ve been coming to this Panera location for years and have always had a positive experience, which is why today was so disappointing. My order was incorrect when I received it, so I called the store to ask how it could be resolved. During the call, I overheard staff speaking about me, which was unprofessional and uncomfortable. When I called back to address the situation, I was hung up on by the store manager. I’m not only frustrated about the incorrect order, but more so about how the situation was handled. As a long-time customer, I expected a higher level of respect and professionalism.

  Stopped in after work for a quick refreshment and grabbed one of their teas it hit the spot perfectly. Sometimes you just need something satisfying to decompress after a long day, and this did the trick. The atmosphere was really pleasant. It wasn’t busy at all, which made for a relaxed, comfortable visit. The music was a nice touch, the dining area was clean and well kept, and the staff was friendly and welcoming exactly what you want when you just need a moment to unwind. The one downside was the bathroom, which wasn’t as clean as the rest of the place. For a location that otherwise keeps things tidy, it was a bit of a letdown and worth mentioning. Overall, a solid stop for a quick drink and some downtime.
