I used to go to QDoba many years ago when the company I worked for was close to one. I loved it then and now, quite a few years later. I rediscovered QDoba a few weeks ago, and I'm hooked. The food is fresh and well prepared (no Chipotle style over cooked dried out food and rude obnoxious staff), and the wonderful people behind the counter are curtious and helpful. I had the 3 tacos, and the employee helping me made some great suggestions. I'll be going back to try more!

If you’ve ever wondered how long it takes to make sour cream from scratch, like, milk a cow, churn it, and whisper sweet nothings into it until it thickens, then I recommend you head on over during the lunch rush. Apparently, this place is running a full-blown dairy farm behind the counter.
I waited over 20 minutes (yes, twenty) for one small dollop of sour cream. Meanwhile, the entire line came, ate, and left while I stood there like I was waiting for a Michelin 5 starred chef to handcraft my order. Spoiler Alert, I wasn’t.
To really spice things up, I was verbally snapped at by the staff for existing, because clearly being a paying customer who dares to ask about their missing food it is a crime now.
Finally got my sour cream that went nicely with nice ice-cold bowl and crunchy rice that I’m 99% sure was poured straight from the box, unboiled with a dash of limp cilantro.
Bottom line, this place has gone from “fast casual” to absolutely lazy and unprepared and the staff make it a full-on disaster. Would not recommend unless you’re into cold food, crunchy rice, and existential crises.
