Wonderful dinner yesterday at Outback in Springfield. The wait to get a table was predictable for a Saturday night..but not excessive. The fried mushrooms were tasty and served quickly.. Our amazing server, Berea ( sp) was patient, and a great staff member. Attention Al, give her a bonus! The blackberry martini, so yummy, but make it bigger size. Well run restaurant, delicious food & drinks, please keep up the amazing place. Thank you all.

I'm not much on chain restaurants but, I will make a few exceptions. Outback is one of those exceptions. I ordered a 6 Oz. Sirloin med/well, French onion soup and a side of coconut shrimp. My tablemate ordered BBQ Kookaburra wings with a side of fries topped with cheddar and bacon bits. The soup was savory and had a good cheese pull. The brown bread was hot and soft. We had Aussie Palmers for the bevs. Great service! The only thing that I didn't like was the 2.99 to play the table game. Might I suggest waiving that fee if you spend over 30 dollars. That's all.

Took my 2 sons to Outback in Springfield last night. Haven’t been in a very long time. We order led 2 steaks and a pasta dish. The steaks were over cooked and luke warm. They were replaced no problems. The owner himself came over with new steaks. Customer service was great. But all 3 of us have been up all night with what I assume is food poisoning. Very bad stomach aches when we got home, then vomiting and everything else all night long. We could barely get up out of bed this morning. Needless to say we will never be going back!!

I’m truly disappointed by the experience I had at the Outback Steakhouse on Baltimore Pike in Philadelphia. I was there with my 77-year-old mother, looking forward to a simple, enjoyable meal together. We attempted to order a beer and a shot at the same time—nothing excessive or inappropriate. Our server refused, stating it was against company policy, based on when she was bartender certified. The explanation didn’t make sense, but more importantly, the way it was delivered felt cold and dismissive, as though we were being judged rather than served. What made this especially upsetting is that we are long-time customers and loyal rewards members who have supported Outback for years. My mother was embarrassed, and I was frustrated that a routine request turned into an uncomfortable situation over what felt like a made-up rule. The moment took the joy out of our meal entirely. Instead of feeling welcomed, we felt dismissed and unwelcome. For a restaurant we’ve trusted and returned to for so long, this level of poor customer service was deeply disappointing. I truly expected better. Sadly, this experience has made me reconsider returning.

My family and I went to this Outback last night for the first time in about a decade because we had gift cards. We didn’t have a great experience in 2015 so we’ve kind of stayed away from the place. But we figured we’d give it another try! And I’m so glad we did! Upon arrival, we were greeted with a smile and no wait. We were only sitting for a couple of minutes before our server, who introduced himself as Chris, came over cheerfully and welcomed us. He recommended certain items and was so personable and friendly. The food arrived quickly from the kitchen (hot!) and everyone thoroughly enjoyed the taste of their food! The potato soup is amazing, so was the chicken and shrimps and the new boomerang shaped mozzarella sticks were a hit! Chris was very attentive and came over several times to make sure we were good with our drinks and happy with our food choices. It was my husband’s birthday so they even came out with the desserts and sang to him! It was great! The prices were reasonable and we will definitely be back to this Location to eat in the future! And we will definitely be asking for Chris to serve us again too! 😂
