My party and I (3 people total) arrived at this Outback location around 8:00 PM. We were seated in a corner directly next to the bathrooms, which was unpleasant and visibly unclean. After being seated, multiple employees walked past us without acknowledgment, and we were not greeted for approximately 10 minutes. When our server finally approached, his tone was dismissive and unprofessional, making us feel like an inconvenience rather than guests. We were not informed upon arrival that the restaurant closed at 9:00 PM. Had we been told this, we would have left or ordered to-go. Instead, we were made to feel rushed and unwelcome throughout our visit. We ordered three Boomaritas and a spinach artichoke dip. It took about 15 minutes to receive them, and the drinks did not match how they are advertised. When the bread and appetizer were brought out, no plates were provided. We had to ask twice for plates, waiting an additional 15 minutes, only to be told there were none available because they were all being washed. As a result, we had to eat over napkins. Additionally, the chips served with the dip were stale and poor quality. During this time, we observed our server repeatedly on his phone, socializing with coworkers, and attending to other tables while largely ignoring us. Roughly 20 minutes later, when we attempted to order more food, we were told the kitchen was closed — something that should have been communicated to us much earlier. We also noticed other guests continuing to order drinks past the stated closing time, yet we were denied when we requested the same. This experience was extremely disappointing and unacceptable. What is even more concerning is that I reached out regarding this issue over a month ago and nothing has been resolved. I did not receive meaningful follow-up, which only adds to the frustration. We will not be returning.

I hate leaving negative reviews but we are regulars for years even when it was in the old building. I have to say the whole outback experience is GONE!!! We keep coming back cause its the closest one an hoping for better and always let down. FOOD is ALWAYS wrong.... cold.. not seasoned...steaks u ask for med rare u get mid well... My sirloin use to have the Perdect Sear an 17 seasoning ( isnt that what ur known for) an its NEVER there.... Always dry an i somehow always get a chewy end piece no matter what Oz i order. Fries dried out an left under lamp too long..chesse hard... but u cant tell anyone because server was sooo busy she couldnt keep up....Ppl were getting apps before drinks...I get it an wasnt her fault but we never even got bread after 20 min we had to ask...I then take a sirloin home with mac an cheese... the sirloin is plopped on top of the mac an cheese.... again Plain No seasoning... We get home... its suppose to be med rare an its DRY AN WELL DONE... so aggravating ppl spend their hard earned money an we cant get it together.... Def not going back again...

I don't like leaving negative reviews. However, I have been trying to get back in touch with a manager, since February 3rd, that actually called us regarding a negative experience at this location! Every time we call they never know when he will be there. They never offer to take a message! They are rude & act like they're oblivious to everything! We came for dinner at the Springfield PA location on February 3rd. I even left my review on their survey they asked me to take at the table! Then when I did leave the survey our waitress returned & said sarcastically "that took a while, so what kind of great things did you say about me on there?" The waitress was the rudest waitress we have ever had! She was disrespectful & sarcastic & made us feel stupid! Telling us she was the Tom Brady of waitresses & never made mistakes! Then she got our orders all wrong! She sat on her butt & chatted while we were out of drinks! My husband has celiac disease & she still brought him the wrong food after he specified to her he was gluten free! When we asked her if she was going to write it down she snapped at us & said, "Didn't I get your drink order right?" My husband was only concerned because eating gluten makes him so sick! And, we were right! She got the order wrong! I'd like to speak to someone! A person who her attitude shouldn't be working in customer service of any kind! She said she had been working as a waitress for 20 years & she never made mistakes! Then she flopped! And she blamed it all on the kitchen/the cooks! She was in the bar area & we sat at a booth in the back corner. It was Feb. 3rd around 8 pm. While there, her & about 3 other waitresses decided to sit down & have a 10 or 15 min break & chat all at the same time. People were looking around for someone & we were out of drinks & I had asked for BBQ sauce twice & she kept forgetting! Our 12 year old son was w us as well! What a great example to a child of how to treat others! We won't ever be going back!

Party of 7. February 26. 2026. We called 15mins ahead and told table would be available at8PM. NP, arrived at 7:48PM and informed by hostess there would be a table at 8PM. OK. Hostess proceeds to seat all people waiting and 3 additional parties (2 our size) and we wait until 8:20PM. Pleasant waitress takes our drink order. Drinks and appetizers arrive staggering after 15min wait. Waitress had to be reminded 2x that we did not receive hot tea. 10mins later it shows up, but no spoon, sugar or cream. By now 30mins appetizers start showing up. 3 trips to complete that by staff. Appetizers consist of mozzarella sticks, blooming onion and loaded fries. Food orders placed when 1st appetizer arrives. 2 kid meals, 2 steaks and 1 3 for one special (coconut shrimp). One kid falls asleep. Staggered delivery of food after 30mins. It's now 9PM, tables around us start to clear and food starts to arrive, steaks 1st, then kid meals, wake up kid then shrimp arrives. We eat, start finishing around 940PM (kids 1st) and table becomes cluttered with empty glasses and plates. We pushed them to the end of the table and waited. About 10mins later all tables around us are empty, tables being cleared, waitress shows up and takes dessert orders (2 incl 1 upcharge) and one more hot tea. . 5mins later waitress shows up again " we're out of, etc". We re-order. 5mins later lights go up, bar at the other end of the restaurant is closed and chairs are being flipped all around. Still no desserts or waitress. Ask for manager who promptly showed up but did not identify himself. During conversation waitress shows up with dessert, hot water and tea bag. Manager goes away and comes right back and says he'll take 25% off the bill. Manager and waitress continue to apologize, we finish desserts and settle bill. Leave restaurant by a side door at 10:15. I'm not sure any of us will be returning and it's a shame. This store is very convenient for us and usually more reliable than this. Before I wrote this review I went through a number of recent reviews and see there may be a pattern. My disappointment today is that I didn't read them before we stopped by last night. HG

Not gonna lie...had very low expectations coming in today. I was there when this branch first opened what seems like decades ago. Since then I've moved away and been to "fancy" steakhouses. Outback lost its allure since those early years. Today came in for a quick lunch as was stopping home to see my parents. I was really pleasantly surprised. Like really pleasantly surprised. The bread as always always good (you could always count on the bread). The gold coast shrimp was fantastic! Sweet and juicy shrimp with a perfectly crunchy coconut encrusted shell. The mango sweet cocktail sauce was awesome (even saved it for my steak). Ordered the ribeye and loaded sweet potatoes..the ribeye was tender, perfectly medium rare, well seasoned, a little grisly but not too bad. The steak paired nicely with baked sweet potato topped with butter and brown sugar (who knew that would be a good combo???). Anyways, other than being short staffed (btw our server was awesome but she was so busy bc there didn't seem like enough servers at lunch), it was a really great experience!!! Would totally come back again!!!!!!
