    I always have gone to this mcdonalds, but there are new hires who just sit around talking and laughing while theres a full drive thru. I always order with no pickles and i always get pickles. Im allergic and i can never eat my food until i have to re order which would take forever because the drive thru line is so long

    Last week I rolled through to have a little breakfast. Ordered a sausage biscuit, with cheese. I see on the board sausage egg and cheese biscuit no egg... Same thing right? I get my food and head to work where I discover I have a slice of cheese on a biscuit and nothing else. I check the receipt and was charged 4 dollars for an egg and cheese biscuit, no egg. I can't get back to deal with it so I call. They were nice on the phone and said they would make it right next time I came in. So today I rolled up, reminded them of the situation and that they promised to make it right. Roll around to the window and they give me a single sandwich, made right this time. A sandwich that is cheaper than what I was charged for. This is making it right?? I'd avoid this location, they couldn't be bothered. They get a 2nd star for making some effort.

    The caramel frappes were unpleasant, and when I requested a replacement for them, as well as for my fries, I was treated dismissively as a customer. They responded with attitude because I expressed dissatisfaction with the quality of my food and drinks. I cannot recommend this McDonald's to anyone.
