- GGGloria GOct 25, 20251.0This location has become absolutely horrible. The workers are clueless. Every order is messed up and incorrectly made. When I placed my recent order and came for pick up, they told me that they have nothing available and will refund my account. A week later and refund still has not been processed. Stopped at the store and asked to speak to a manager and they looked at me like I'm speaking a different language and than told me that they're not sure if the manager is available amd proceeded to stare at me without moving. After a few minutes the guy who told me a few days ago that he has nothing available told me that it's an issue that I have to resolve with corporate, not them. When I told him that they didn't fulfill the order and still owed me my order, he said that they're very low on food and can't give me anything. At 12pm, you're out of donuts when you're suppised to be open until 8pm?! This place ia horrible and needs to be cleaned up asap. Worst service ever!!!
