  Previously reached out online to customer service and no response was received, so I am leaving a review here. Service was great by drive thru employees. However, food was terrible. My bun was so hard you could literally knock on it and tasted stale. Took one bite, spit it out and threw my dinner right in the trash. My husband's sandwiches looked like they were just thrown in the paper, not even put together like a sandwich. In response to your response, I already submitted all the information requested on the link provided and no longer have this information in my possession. Please review your system for my submission.

  Do they even put any onions on any burgers? Or do they even pick up the phone when a customer has a complaint? Answer to both no they dont

  Hi Mr. Jerry! Thank you SO much for allowing my family and I access to this restaurant when we ever so stupidly wondered around in the snow storm without realizing everything was closed other than your drive through. Jerry gave us 10/10 customer service by allowing us to gain access inside so we could come out of the snow to eat something. Not being from the area, we greatly appreciated this generosity and kindness shown by this location and its staff. Food was fantastic as well, even brought something back for our other family members. Thanks again, Jerry! What a fantastic show of leadership and customer service. Store number 2858 😬
